Using Command Functions

From version 7.4, you can use the Start Process and Stop Process functions to start and stop a function. This functions are mapped to the Process.Start and Process.Kill methods of .Net.

To test the DataTable functions:

1.

Download the sample project here.

2.

Extract and open the project.

3.

The example includes a callout that you can use to test the functions.

4.

For example, you can Start Process.

5.

Run the project. A Quick callout appears.

6.

Click Quick to open the callout.

7.

Open Monitor.

8.

In Business Entities, in the Properties tab you can view the values of the various properties used.

9.

Test the functions. For example, click Start Process to open the Note Pad application and then click Stop Process to close it.
